Our history: 2009 to today

Planea Tu Bien was founded with a simple premise: Mexican banks systematically exclude millions of families who do not meet formal payroll, credit, or down payment requirements. Self-financing — a Mexican model regulated since the 1970s — gives them an alternative route. 16 years later, that is still the mission.

Company formally incorporated as S.A. de C.V. before SAT (Mexican tax authority), with the purpose of operating self-financing plans under Federal Consumer Protection Law. First adhesion contract registered at PROFECO.

First adjudicated families
First groups close with 100% adjudication completion within contract term. Operational model validated. Expansion beyond Mexico City metro area.

Four-plan diversification
Current four plans launched (Traditional Fixed, Traditional Low, Promotional Fixed, Promotional Low) to fit different financial profiles. Each plan authorized separately by Ministry of Economy.

Nationwide coverage
TandaCasa reaches operational presence in all 32 Mexican states. Plans allow financing residential, construction, remodel and commercial property in any state without geographic restriction.

Three regulatory bodies supervise us

TandaCasa is not a bank or SOFOM — we are not regulated by CNBV. We operate under a distinct regulatory framework for self-financing that has existed in Mexico since the 1970s.

Ministry of Economy
Authorizes every plan before launch

No TandaCasa plan can be offered to the public without prior authorization from SE. Authorization reviews payment structure, published CAT and operational viability. SE can revoke authorization in case of non-compliance.

PROFECO
Registers contracts and handles complaints

TandaCasa's adhesion contract is registered in the Public Registry of Adhesion Contracts (RPCA) and publicly searchable. PROFECO continuously supervises, investigates complaints and can sanction violations under Federal Consumer Protection Law.

SAT
Validates legal entity and CFDI issuance

Planea Tu Bien, S.A. de C.V. is registered at SAT as a legal entity. Every contribution received generates a CFDI (electronic tax invoice) verifiable in SAT portal. If a receipt has no CFDI, the transaction is not legal.
